For those who love blueberries and bananas, you are in for a treat! πŸ˜‰
Today I made a Blueberry And Banana Smoothie for breakfast in within 5 minutes, with only 5 ingredients! A simple smoothie made enjoyable till the very last sip and a huge time saver! 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup blueberries/home/wpcom/public_html/wp-content/blogs.dir/1cd/75634874/files/2015/01/img_0056.jpg
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup soy milk (I normally would do almond milk, but decided to give soy milk a try)
  • 1 tsp lucuma powder
  • 1 handful of mixed nuts

Directions:

  • Put the first 3 ingredients in a blender
  • Blend the rest until smooth.
  • Done! πŸ˜€
