Today I made a Blueberry And Banana Smoothie for breakfast in within 5 minutes, with only 5 ingredients! A simple smoothie made enjoyable till the very last sip and a huge time saver!
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 cup soy milk (I normally would do almond milk, but decided to give soy milk a try)
- 1 tsp lucuma powder
- 1 handful of mixed nuts
- Put the first 3 ingredients in a blender
- Blend the rest until smooth.
- Done! 😀
Another reason I love ♥ making smoothies is because they always come in such great colors!
